• Lynnhaven Baseball is divided into 6 groups, divisions, based on the ages of the players.
• Players born between the indicated dates are eligible to play within that division.
• Ages are based on WHEN your player was born, not how old they are at the start of the season.
• The Age Chart for Spring 2021 Season is as follows:

• During the spring season, teams will play a schedule of 10 regular season games.
• Games are primarily played on Saturdays with some games played on weekdays.
• Teams will practice throughout the week. Games and practices held during the week will start at 5:30pm and 7:30pm for older age groups.
• Lynnhaven hosts games throughout the day on Saturdays, so teams’ game times will vary from 9:00am till 8:00pm.
• All games have a 1hr 40min time length (TBall is only 1 hour).
• At the end of the season, Rookies through Juniors will compete in a double elimination playoff tournament for the Champion’s trophy within their age division.

• Lynnhaven Baseball provides each player with a jersey shirt and hat.
• Players are responsible for completing their uniform attire and providing their personal play equipment.

• Tryouts will be held on Saturday, Feb 27th.
  Tryouts are for players who are new to Lynnhaven or will be moving up into a new age division this spring season. Lynnhaven players who did not play in the Spring 2020 season are also required to tryout. Tryouts are scheduled for:
• JUNIORS – Fri Feb 26th, 06:30pm on Field 1
• MAJORS – Sat Feb 27th, 12:00pm on Field 2
• MINORS – Sat Feb 27th, 02:00pm on Field 2
• ROOKIES – Sat Feb 27th, 04:00pm on Field 2
• Team practices start Mar 5th.
  You will receive your team assignment by March 4th.
• Lynnhaven Day on Mar 7
• CANCELLED! Opening Ceremony is CANCELLED for Friday, March 26th @ 06:30pm.
• Opening Day will be March 27th – first day of games!
  Regular season competition will continue through May 22nd. Post-Season play-offs will follow through June 5.

• Early-Bird-Discount -- sign up before midnight Jan 31st and save $10 per player you register.
• Multi-Player Registration -- we have a discount for you! Enjoy savings when you register more than one player with Lynnhaven Baseball. Save an additional $5.00 per player when you sign up more than one player at the same time!

• Due to possible anticipated COVID environment, there may be a limit on the number of teams we can host this season. It is important that you register early to ensure your players spot on a team.
• Early-Bird registration ends midnight Jan 31st.
• Open registration closes midnight Feb 20th.
• Players may register after Feb 20th. Players may also be placed on the Wait List based on current registration numbers.
• Late Registration Fee: don’t miss the normal registration window. It is a lot of work to organize the teams and establish the season. An additional fee of $20.00 will be added to your registration after Feb 20th.
• Complete registration closure will occur on or before Mar 13th.

• The Wait List is a pool of players who have signed up after the open registration is closed, OR when the Divisions player totals have reached capacity.
• Players on the Wait List will be assigned to teams on a first come, first serve basis until the team rosters are filled.

Our #1 goal at Lynnhaven is to have all players play baseball! We will do everything we can to place your player on a team. Sometimes team numbers are based on the number of Coaches volunteering to lead a team.
